Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (1) Definitions: "Gift Certificate" means the voucher issued by Create Apparel with a specific monetary value. "Recipient" means the person receiving the Gift Certificate. (2) Redemption: The Gift Certificate can be redeemed only at Create Apparel. The Gift Certificate can be used to purchase merchandise online. The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. (3) Validity: The Gift Certificate is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The Gift Certificate will expire on the specified expiry date. (4) Value and Usage: The Gift Certificate has a specific monetary value stated on it. The Gift Certificate can be used in one transaction or multiple transactions until the balance is zero. (5) Limitations: The Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. (6) Lost or Stolen: Create Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificate. No replacement or refund will be provided. (7) Cancellation: Create Apparel reserves the right to cancel the Gift Voucher if it is used fraudulently or unlawfully. By purchasing or using the Gift Certificate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
